The Haunting Hits Black Ops 7 and Warzone September 17

Call of Duty’s Halloween season starts early. Activision’s Season 06 preview dates The Haunting for Thursday, September 17, across Black Ops 7 and Warzone.

Where the action moves

Multiplayer adds the Arctic facility Quantum and Bloodstead, a horror version of Homestead. Hordepoint returns with zombies supporting whichever team controls the objective, while T.E.D.D. Trials brings selected Zombies locations into a 6v6 playlist.

Warzone gets Haunted Hollow, a nighttime version of Haven’s Hollow. Giant Infected puts 64 players into a survival contest, with eight starting as infected and the survivors working toward a DNA Bomb.

More than a map makeover

Zombies adds the Tenshu survival map at launch. The wider season also includes Doom-themed event and store content, alongside new weapons.

For a squad planning its first night, choose the mode first: objective play, survival and battle royale have different additions to explore. September 17 is the season’s start; the preview does not assign every themed store item its own release date.
