Elden Ring Tarnished Edition Is Out on Switch 2 With Shadow of the Erdtree

The $79.99 Switch 2 version adds two starting classes, four armor sets and Torrent skins, after a delay out of 2025 for performance adjustments.

Kit Connor and Ben Whishaw lead A24 and Bandai Namco’s live-action adaptation, with Cailee Spaeny, Jonathan Pryce and Nick Offerman also in the cast.

The $15 DLC added Scholar, Undertaker, the Dreglord and the Balancers, and January’s Patch 1.03.2 buffed Guardian, Raider and Executor.

Patch 1.17 brought the add-on to PlayStation, Xbox and Steam alongside better parries, lighter shields and faster Meteorite casts.

October’s Path of the Cardinal Sin runs until October 28, with 3 million White Phantom summons and 3 million Golden Seeds among its goals.
