GTA VI’s Launch Trailer Arrives With a New Single From Justice

Rockstar Games released the Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer on October 15, five weeks before the game arrives on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It’s set to new music from Justice, the electronic duo who composed the game’s original score.

• The song: “Flower in a Hurricane,” a standalone Justice single
• Featuring: Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard
• The album: Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the official soundtrack Rockstar created with Atlantic Records
• Tracks: 34 originals
• Album release: November 19, alongside the game
• How to get it: pre-save it on major streaming services now, or preorder the vinyl and CD editions from the album’s official site

Justice joins Travis Scott and Keith Richards

“Flower in a Hurricane” isn’t the album’s first single. Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro, and Keith Richards already have singles out from it, and Justice now joins them.

There’s more to come, too. Rockstar says more on the music of GTA VI is on the way, including the official score album.

Jason and Lucia’s story, in Rockstar’s words

Rockstar’s description of the trailer recaps the premise:

“Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.”

Where to watch, listen and preorder

The trailer is live on the Rockstar Newswire, and the Music section of the official GTA VI site hosts the new single alongside previews of the game’s radio stations. Preorders are open now on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S ahead of the November 19 launch.
