Mega Rayquaza ex is almost here. The Pokémon Trading Card Game’s next expansion, Mega Evolution—Delta Reign, launches on November 6, 2026, and you can play it early at Prerelease events in select Play! Pokémon Stores from October 24.

Two cards, one Stadium

Delta Reign has more than 135 cards, including over 20 Trainer cards and more than 35 cards with special illustrations. Mega Rayquaza ex leads the set, with Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex and Mega Golisopod ex alongside it, but the standout new idea is the two-card Stadium.

Legendary Pyroduct, one of the first, needs both of its cards to be played. While it’s in play, both players’ Evolution Pokémon have no Abilities. That locks out Abilities that are popular in the current Standard format, such as Drakloak’s Recon Directive and Alakazam’s Psychic Draw.

Other early reveals include Aarune, a Supporter that finds up to three Supporter and Stadium cards in any combination, and Kecleon, whose Colorful Whip does 30 damage for each Pokémon of a different type revealed from the hand.
