Lee Sin, Hubris and Gluttonous Greaves change too, and Riot says Mel’s W will stop reflecting enemy abilities when her planned rework arrives in Patch 26.22.

Riot’s Patch 26.21 for League of Legends nerfs Caitlyn, Jinx and Lee Sin, splits Hubris between melee and ranged champions, and raises the price of Gluttonous Greaves. The patch schedule lists it for Wednesday, October 21.
The notes went up on October 20, the same day as a /dev post on Mel. Her W will stop reflecting enemy abilities in a rework planned for Patch 26.22, which the schedule lists for November 4.
The balance changes, number by number
Caitlyn’s Headshot hits for less, but Riot moves some of that power into her early game with more base damage on her Q. Jinx gains less attack damage per level and starts with less health, and Lee Sin’s W and R both get weaker.
| Change | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Caitlyn Headshot damage | 60-100% AD | 60-80% AD |
| Caitlyn Headshot crit scaling | 1% AD per point | 0.8% AD per point |
| Caitlyn Q base damage | 50/90/130/170/210 | 50/95/140/185/230 |
| Jinx attack damage growth | 3.25 per level | 3 per level |
| Jinx base health | 630 | 610 |
| Lee Sin W cooldown | 7s | 8s |
| Lee Sin R kick damage | 175/400/625 | 150/350/550 |
| Hubris base bonus AD, melee | 12 | 15 (3 per stack) |
| Hubris base bonus AD, ranged | 12 | 10 (2 per stack) |
| Gluttonous Greaves price | 1000 gold | 1100 gold |
The rest of 26.21
- Replays: starting during Patch 26.21, replay downloads are limited to 10 per hour.
- Varus: an October 22 mid-patch update fixed a bug with his Q and raised its minimum damage from 50-230 to 50-250.
- Skins: Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko and True Damage Know My Name Akali, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo became available on October 21.
- ARAM: Mayhem: the Journey to Stardom release adds band Headliners such as K/DA, HEARTSTEEL, True Damage and Pentakill, each of which twists a game’s rules.
- League Classic: Mordekaiser, Yorick, Hecarim and Lucian join, and all of Kassadin’s launch nerfs are reverted.
Mel’s planned rework drops the reflect
In “/dev: Mel Midscope,” Riot says Mel’s Rebuttal (W) will no longer reflect enemy abilities. The new W releases a nova that destroys projectiles and gives her team a shield and move speed, then retaliates against attacks for a small amount of damage.
The rework also moves power from Mel’s early game into her scaling. Her Q gets a flat cooldown refund when it hits an enemy champion, and her ultimate gets more cooldown reduction as it levels.
“Mel’s rework is planned to come to live in Patch 26.22.”
The Mythic Shop changes in that patch too. During Patch 26.22, it will start showing each player their own offerings instead of one shared selection.
