VALORANT Champions Shanghai: The Two-Venue Plan

Riot says VALORANT Champions 2026 will begin at Shanghai’s Jing’an Sports Center before moving to Mercedes-Benz Arena in Pudong for Finals Weekend. The announcement covers audience and ticket information for groups and the early playoffs, giving fans a clearer picture of the tournament’s setting. (Riot Games Champions Shanghai announcement)

Separate the stages in your planning

The opening venue and the final venue are different locations. If you plan to attend multiple stages, check the session and address on each official listing before arranging transport. A ticket for an early round should never be assumed to include a later weekend.

For viewers at home, keep the official event page bookmarked and use its schedule to convert the broadcast into your local time. Avoid treating a social-media graphic without a time zone as a complete plan.

Go through the official ticket route

Riot’s announcement specifies real-name ticketing: international attendees need the same physical passport used for their purchase, and tickets cannot be transferred or resold. Review the current official entry information before booking. Our viewing suggestion is to follow one team from groups onward; seeing how its map choices and opening-round plans evolve gives the final bracket more context than watching highlights alone.
